Miss Bertha

FINALLY got a little photo shoot taken care of. She reminds me so much of her mama Petunia. She is sweet and her and I have a lot in common… she looks at food and it is on her ips.

Miss Georgia

Why can I not find any fancy photos of her?? No idea where they went, but we will get some new ones of her soon. Hoping to see the grass green up first. She is with her second litter right now so photos will have to wait until she is ready to take a break too.

I have said it before- she will wrap you around her tiniest toe and have you do everything for her. I don’t think she knows anything but being pampered.

Miss Poppy

She is one of ours- out of Pepper x Creek. Absolutely beautiful and so sweet. Meet Miss Poppy (Poppers, Poppity Pop Pop, and of course just Poppy).

Miss Pepper

Pepper is the daughter of Homer and Petunia. She is also Penny's sister from the same litter. She has the best from both parents. Smart and sweet.

Pepper has not been health tested due to health tests we did for her parents (Homer x Petunia). She does have a chance to be a carrier of Lafora, but we don’t have any males that she could be bred to that are carriers. There is 0% chance she would produce affected puppies for any of the items that Basset Hounds should be tested for.

Mama Penny- RETIRED

Petunia is her mama. Homer is her daddy. So happy we kept her. The absolute SWEETEST girl.

Mr Creek

He is the smartest Basset we have ever known. Watch the backyard gate- he has figured out how to unlock it and let all his friends out. We came up with a different type of lock, but he still tries it every day. :)

Sooo handsome, but even more, he is sweet. Doesn’t have to bark for the girl’s attention. They all love him. The SOFTEST fur ever.

Mama Zinnia- RETIRED

Her ears, just look at those ears. SUCH a good mama and even better teacher to the younger ones. :) Sweet ole' girl.

Petunia - PASSED

Petunia passed away May 2024 with another twisted stomach. We miss her so much. She was so sweet and such a goofball.

Opal- RETIRED

Homer- PASSED

Homer has passed away. Testicular cancer. Cancer sucks for all.

He is definitely all male. Strong, handsome and loveable. He just wants to be your friend. He let’s the girls do whatever they want… such good guy.
